Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for complex products and releases
Design, develop, and maintain advanced automated test suites
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure testability
Ensure alignment with HIPAA and other regulatory/security requirements

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on test automation development experience using Selenium, JavaScript automation frameworks, or similar
5+ years of strong API testing and automation experience
5+ years of backend testing experience using various database technologies
Proven experience mentoring QA engineers and influencing technical direction
Strong programming or scripting experience (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
