About the role
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities, workflows and operational processes within Citus Health, Annexus AssistPoint, and other relevant systems
- Communicate and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Biologics’ overall business goals and market needs
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria from internal and external stakeholders
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact
- Work closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team
- Lead and participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in an agile development environment
- Critical Skills: Experience with JIRA, workflow documentation tools (e.g., Visio), and collaboration platforms such as SmartSheet
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management
- Experience supporting pharmacy solutions, biopharma integrations, or specialty medication workflows is a plus
