Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines
Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
Engage in Agile/SAFe processes like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
