About the role
- Own the product strategy and portfolio roadmap for data / artificial intelligence offerings
- Drive customer-centric innovation
- Partner with Engineering, Data/AI, Security, and the Business
- Define and socialize the product vision and multi-year roadmap
- Build portfolio strategies and translate market signals into clear strategic bets
- Oversee discovery with Design and Engineering
- Drive execution through modern Agile practices
- Define product success metrics and establish instrumentation and analytics
- Collaborate with the business on positioning, packaging, pricing, enablement, and launch readiness
- Ensure "privacy by design," secure defaults, and compliance with relevant frameworks
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- 8+ years of experience in product strategy/management, management consulting, or transformation roles
- 3 years leading cross‑functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of healthcare industry
- Experience with data platforms and AI use‑case enablement
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools
