About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of analytics solutions using Power BI and other Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and enterprise strategies.\n
  • Collaborate with program stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solution proposals.\n
  • Maintain and evolve robust data pipelines using Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Excel-based lookup tables; ensure data integrity through automated validation and cleansing routines.\n
  • Develop and maintain SQL-based semantic models to support scalable and reusable analytics solutions across teams.\n
  • Contribute to the team’s innovation efforts by identifying opportunities to incorporate automation and AI-enhanced features into analytics workflows.\n
  • Support a portfolio of analytics solutions, including but not limited to The Network MID Reporting Suite, adapting to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.\n
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, MIS, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n
  • Critical Skills:\n - 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence, with demonstrated leadership in design and development of enterprise-grade reporting solutions.\n - Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Azure Databricks.\n - Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and semantic model development.\n - Strong understanding of oncology data, including EHR and pharmacy systems.\n - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\n - Ability to work effectively in a team with limited technical peers, demonstrating initiative and self-direction in identifying and solving problems.\n
