About the role
- Serve as a liaison between the business and Salesforce development team
- Lead business requirement gathering sessions, creation of user stories within JIRA and assisting with the delivery of technical solutions
- Maintain an implemented platform design
- Ensure compliance with security policies through profiles and permission sets
- Analyze and create business, functional, and technical requirements utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrumban or Scrum)
- Recommend changes in product, process, and service offerings; presents high-level benefits of recommendation
- Guide and oversee acceptance and functional testing; coordinate UAT testing with QA and business
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology.
- Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
- 7+ years’ experience with SDLC in an Agile environment
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration; security, standard/custom objects, reports/dashboards, and release management and sandbox environments.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (a plus)
