About the role
- Draft, update and maintain library of SOPs, WIs, and Job Aids.
- Provide trainings to regulatory colleagues.
- Oversee training of new hires to allow for quick onboarding times and consistent knowledge transfer.
- Implement new trainings for existing colleagues to allow for quick and consistent implementation of internal and external process changes.
- Define measures and track projects using technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of assigned projects and consistently reports updates to supervisors and other team members.
Requirements
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor Degree preferred
- 1+ year work experience with all Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint required
- Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals
- Solid understanding of regulatory processes.
- Additionally, demonstrated organizational skills and exceeding customer service skills and abilities.
