About the role
- Develop and implement category strategies for Revenue Cycle Management, HR, and Marketing software and services
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings
- Establish long-term sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals
- Lead procurement processes including RFP development and vendor evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Monitor vendor compliance and mitigate risks
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and compliance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement tools
