About the role
- Lead comprehensive IT compliance program
- Maintain customer trust and ensure regulatory integrity
- Design, implement, and manage technology compliance framework
- Oversee compliance with key regulations
- Collaborate with executive leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, and technology teams
- Develop, implement, and lead enterprise-wide strategy for IT compliance
- Serve as primary subject matter expert for IT-related compliance
- Oversee design, implementation, and testing of IT General Controls
- Lead and manage all internal and external IT audits
- Direct identification, assessment, and remediation of IT control deficiencies
- Build strong partnerships with leaders across Technology, Security, Legal, and business units
- Lead and mentor a high-performing compliance team
- Regularly report on the state of the IT compliance program
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
- Expert knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Deep, demonstrated experience with Sarbanes-Oxley, SOC 1 & SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and familiarity with DSCSA
- Engineering and technical architecture skills
- Proven leadership experience in building and leading compliance programs
- Extensive experience managing end-to-end audit cycles
- Proficiency in IT risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically
