About the role
- Manages calendar and scheduling for SVP and VPs
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, arrange conference calls, and send out meeting invitations
- Organize travel arrangements and expense reports
- Coordinate offsite meetings and events
- Participate in meetings when appropriate
- Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, return calls, and respond to emails and correspondences on behalf of executives
- Manage expenses by processing invoices and managing reimbursement
- Support the creation of presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and other materials using word processing, presentation, and database software
- File, sort, and maintain records and files electronically and maintain organized filing systems
- Plan and organize special projects, events, and functions; assist with budget planning; prepare proposals and cost estimates; prepare written communications
- Complete special assignments as requested
Requirements
- 6+ years of related experience
- 6+ years of experience supporting executives/senior-level professionals within a corporate environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements
