Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, arrange conference calls, and send out meeting invitations
Organize travel arrangements and expense reports
Coordinate offsite meetings and events
Participate in meetings when appropriate
Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, return calls, and respond to emails and correspondences on behalf of executives
Manage expenses by processing invoices and managing reimbursement
Support the creation of presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and other materials using word processing, presentation, and database software
File, sort, and maintain records and files electronically and maintain organized filing systems
Plan and organize special projects, events, and functions; assist with budget planning; prepare proposals and cost estimates; prepare written communications
Complete special assignments as requested
Requirements
6+ years of related experience
6+ years of experience supporting executives/senior-level professionals within a corporate environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a professional demeanor
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Experience coordinating travel arrangements
