Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
13+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing technical product management roles
6+ years' experience leading various aspects of technical product teams
3+ years proven experience working directly with and influencing senior executives
3+ years experience directly managing high-performing technical product teams
Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus
Strong business acumen with ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
