- Serve as the strategic bridge between Technical Product Management and individual business segments
- Oversee a portfolio of digital products and platforms, ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure alignment between enterprise capabilities and segment-specific needs
- Play a key role in talent development, governance of product practices, and fostering alignment between enterprise platform capabilities and segment-specific needs
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience
- 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
- 13+ years of professional experience in progressively advancing technical product management roles
- 6+ years' experience leading various aspects of technical product teams
- 3+ years proven experience working directly with and influencing senior executives
- 3+ years experience directly managing high-performing technical product teams
- Hands-on experience in health care industry and/or regulated environment is a plus
- Strong business acumen with ability to align product strategy with organizational goals
