About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for serialization technology solutions aligned with DSCSA regulatory milestones
- Lead the migration of SAP ATTP from Azure to SAP RISE and subsequent S/4 upgrade
- Drive service excellence through cost center management, financial oversight, and roadmap execution
- Engage with senior business executives and represent the team in enterprise forums such as the DSCSA Governance Council
- Partner with SAP to influence product roadmap and address functional gaps
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and audit readiness
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate across business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational and regulatory needs
- Promote adoption of technology solutions through formal organizational change management practices
- Measure and report on performance metrics, benefits realization, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Typically require 13+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in diversified leadership roles
- Extensive experience in software development, enterprise technology platforms, and regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in managing large teams, financials, and service delivery in a matrixed environment
- Strong understanding of SAP technologies including ATTP, RISE, and S/4
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Must have skills: SAP ATTP, S/4 and Serialization
