Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 4+ years of management experience
- Deep understanding of HR data & fields
- In-depth understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and quality assessment techniques
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and data management tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with auditors and ensuring compliance with data-related regulations and policies
