About the role
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive dashboards considering the user experience - be a storyteller using visuals
- Provide quality assurance and support for both legacy and new dashboards, ensuring performance, usability, and accuracy standards are met
- Resolve complex problems using judgment within defined policies and practices, and recommend innovative strategies to improve analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Document dashboard logic, data definitions, and processes to support transparency and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven experience with Power BI and Tableau, including dashboard development and migration
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
- Experience with data warehousing and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Asana, Jira, etc.) is a plus
- Candidates must be authorized to work in USA.
