About the role

Build and ship functional AI prototypes demonstrating real business value for MCIM's Data Center Operating System (DCOS)
Leverage agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen) to design and deploy multi-agent systems and LLM-based tools
Rapid AI prototyping using generative and agent-based tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Replit) with real MCIM data
Build and manage infrastructure for autonomous agents coordinating within MCIM’s enterprise SaaS workflows
Partner with Data Engineering to align models with MCIM’s ontology and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
Connect front-end interfaces with back-end AI logic to create end-to-end MVPs with real user value
Collaborate closely with data engineers, product visionaries, and technical stakeholders; report directly to the founder
Influence development of new data-driven products and revenue-generating capabilities within MCIM

Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions (LLM integrations, agentic workflows, full-stack prototypes, observability)
Hands-on experimentation using LangChain, Langsmith, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow
Comfortable with agentic frameworks and tools like LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, Replit, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline
Programming comfort (Python preferred)
Ability to connect AI logic to live data backends with observability
Experience working with structured and unstructured data; SQL knowledge a plus
Familiar with modern system architectures, infrastructure as code, prompting strategies, observability and end-to-end software delivery
Self-starter mindset with strong curiosity, communication, and collaboration instincts
Preferred: 5+ years in software engineering, AI product development, or full-stack roles
Proficient with prompt engineering and LLM APIs
Prior work inside a fast-paced innovation or R&D group preferred
Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus—but hands-on proof of ability matters most
