About the role

  • As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate events to large-scale productions.
  • Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality — delivering unique events and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Advisory role: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, provide tailored guidance and lead project meetings.
  • Strong organizer: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
  • Commercial acumen: You prepare cost estimates and proposals, monitor budgets and handle project invoicing — including reporting and documentation.
  • Idea generator: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
  • Confident communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented with a structured working style; strong advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills; commercial/business mindset
  • Willingness to travel
