About the role

  • As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
  • Implementer: You take the lead in turning creative event concepts into reality, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
  • Advisor: You build and nurture relationships with your clients within projects, advise them as needed and lead project meetings.
  • Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resource allocation for your project teams.
  • Business-minded professional: You calculate new proposals, monitor your budgets and close out projects — including reporting and documentation.
  • Ideas driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches and budgeting
  • Confident command of German and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business awareness
  • Willingness and enjoyment of travel
