- Mental health & wellbeing focus: With OpenUp we provide access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation — because your mental health matters to us.
- Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team runs cleanup actions, donation projects, an MCI book club and more — sustainable action is not a trend but our mindset.
- Equality as a given: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday practice.
- An office that feels like home: Modern tech, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a hanging chair — we provide everything to help you perform at your best. And yes: your furry friend is welcome!
