Benefits
- An environment of equals: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what counts is what you can do, not your job title.
- True flexibility: No core working hours, home office and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom at work.
- Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Whether Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
- A culture that connects: Table football nights, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities — for more community and team spirit.
- International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna and Madrid to Namibia — with continuously new and stimulating challenges.
- Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
- Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively engages in cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and much more — because sustainable action is our mindset, not a trend.
- Equality is a given: We offer fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our reality.
- An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a hanging chair — we provide everything so you can reach your best potential.
- Oh — and your furry friend is welcome too!
- More than just a salary: 30 days of annual leave (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
- Family-friendliness in practice: We know that family comes first. Whether parental leave, daycare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without having to make professional compromises.
