About the role

  • You develop AI-powered web applications and services for internal teams and client projects — with a focus on Python backends, LLM API integration, database connectivity and reliable operation.
  • You turn prototypes into production-ready, long-term solutions.
  • You design and expand AI-based applications — such as chatbots, assistants or automations — and take them from concept to production.
  • You implement server-side logic in Python, integrate LLM APIs and other systems via interfaces, and ensure clean, traceable code structure.
  • You build simple web frontends for internal tools or prototypes, connect them to the backend, and ensure functionality and user-friendliness.
  • You analyze errors, apply fixes and ensure the smooth operation of your applications — including deployment to server or cloud environments.
  • You work on proofs of concept, test new approaches and progressively transition them into durable, usable solutions.

Requirements

  • Backend proficiency in Python: You are confident in Python and have experience developing web applications or APIs, ideally with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
  • AI & API experience: You have worked with LLM APIs before or are eager to dive deep into these technologies.
  • Data literacy: You work comfortably with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and know the basics of data modeling.
  • Frontend fundamentals: You can implement simple web interfaces with HTML, CSS and JavaScript or are willing to learn modern frameworks like React, Vue or Angular.
  • Version control & deployment: You routinely use Git and team workflows and have initial experience deploying applications on servers or in cloud environments.
  • Security awareness: You handle authentication, API keys and sensitive data responsibly and ensure secure, stable applications.
  • Structured working style: You can translate business requirements into technical solutions, work independently and reliably, and maintain clear, traceable processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills: You recognize dependencies, find pragmatic approaches and develop stable, usable solutions.
  • Learning mindset & technology enthusiasm: You are interested in generative AI, modern web development and cloud services and are motivated to continuously develop.
