About the role

  • Planning and overseeing creative live experiences for national and international clients
  • Conducting project meetings and advising clients
  • Coordinating and managing all service providers involved in events
  • Preparing cost estimates for new proposals and monitoring budgets
  • Developing and continuously improving live, online, and hybrid formats

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
  • Confident written and spoken German and English
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in and affinity for AI
  • Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business-minded thinking
  • Willingness to travel
