About the role
- Planning and overseeing creative live experiences for national and international clients
- Conducting project meetings and advising clients
- Coordinating and managing all service providers involved in events
- Preparing cost estimates for new proposals and monitoring budgets
- Developing and continuously improving live, online, and hybrid formats
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
- Confident written and spoken German and English
- Proficient in common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in and affinity for AI
- Team-oriented, structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and business-minded thinking
- Willingness to travel
