About the role

  • You plan and manage complex events — structured, precise, and in close coordination with our clients.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills, digital curiosity and a confident sense for good consulting — even when things get complicated.
  • You keep track of timelines, budgets and to-dos, use digital tools efficiently, maintain clear documentation and ensure all elements align even on complex projects.
  • You guide our clients through all project phases, provide orientation when questions arise, develop sustainable solutions and convince through clear communication.
  • You manage internal and external partners, lead project calls, prepare meetings in a structured way and make data-driven decisions — always with an eye on quality, budget and project success.
  • You contribute your own ideas, experiment with new tools or AI approaches, help optimize our processes and share knowledge within the team.
  • You continuously develop your skills — whether in compliance, sustainability or working with new technologies — and remain composed even when things are uncertain.

Requirements

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, a degree in event management, communications or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years' experience in project or event management — ideally with exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience in planning, budgeting and executing complex events — including coordination with clients, vendors and partners.
  • Proficient use of MS Excel and digital tools — you enjoy working in a structured way, keep clear documentation and stay on top of long to‑do lists.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken — for confident communication with clients and partners.
  • Team spirit, reliable communication and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and tools.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 15%) — for example to events in Vienna, Basel or other European destinations.
Benefits
  • Flexible working hours, remote work and 30 days' annual leave.
  • Equal opportunities matter — we have no gender pay gap and many women in leadership roles.
  • An international environment with opportunities to work across borders on event projects, e.g. on-site in Rotterdam, Barcelona or Florence.
  • Excellent development opportunities through our comprehensive Learning & Development program.
  • A company that takes social responsibility seriously and lives sustainability in a way that allows everyone to get involved.
  • We have a sustainability team that focuses on various topics, partly during working hours.
  • A friendly, family-like atmosphere supported by small but thoughtful feel-good initiatives.
  • Dogs are welcome in the office!
  • We promote resilience & mental health and support our team with the Open Up service.
