About the role
- Plan and oversee creative live experiences for national and international clients — from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
- Lead the implementation of creative event concepts, turning ideas into reality to create memorable events and satisfied clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships within your projects, provide tailored advice and guidance, and lead project meetings.
- Coordinate and manage all suppliers and service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.
- Prepare costings for new proposals, monitor budgets and finalize project accounting — including reporting and documentation.
- Continuously evolve our live, online, and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business qualification or equivalent education
- Ideally some professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Affinity for and interest in AI
- Team-oriented with a structured working style, consulting, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
