Benefits
- Collaborative environment at eye level: flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what counts is your ability, not your job title.
- Flexibility that really works: no core working hours, home office and in many roles location-independent work — for more freedom in your job.
- Learning & development that’s enjoyable: Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
- Culture that connects: foosball evenings, team challenges, our large annual Celebrate event and regular feel-good activities — for community and team spirit.
- International projects with a wow factor: our talent work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with constantly new and exciting challenges.
- Mental health & wellbeing in focus: through OpenUp we provide access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation — because your mental health matters to us.
- Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team organises cleanup actions, donation projects, the MCI book club and much more — sustainable action is a mindset for us, not a trend.
- Equality is a given: we offer fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday reality.
- An office that feels like home: modern technology, comfortable seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — we provide everything so you can reach your best potential.
- And yes: your furry friend is welcome too!
- More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation (full-time), paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket (public transport pass) — so you get the support you want.
- Family-friendly in practice: we know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term time off — we support you so you can be there for your family without having to make professional compromises.
- Exchange and networking for young professionals: we offer mentoring programmes and regular peer meetups — for a strong start to your career and valuable connections.
