About the role
- Plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients in the Pharma & Healthcare sector
- Implement creative event concepts
- Build and advise client relationships
- Coordinate and manage the involved service providers
- Prepare costings for new proposals and monitor budgets
- Develop live, online, and hybrid formats
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, and leading small teams
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, structured working style; advisory, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; commercial/business acumen
- Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the time)
