Benefits
- An environment of mutual respect: flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what you can do counts, not your job title.
- Real flexibility: no core working hours, remote work and location-independent opportunities in many roles — for more freedom at work.
- Learning & development that’s enjoyable: from Learning Weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our platform Switch, to LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
- A unifying culture: foosball nights, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities — for greater community and team spirit.
- International projects with a wow factor: our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — with continuously new and thrilling challenges.
- Mental health & wellbeing in focus: with OpenUp we provide access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions — because your mental health matters to us.
- Sustainability with real impact: our CSR team actively supports the environment and society through cleanup campaigns, donation projects, our MCI book club and more — because sustainable action is not a trend for us, but a mindset.
- Equality is standard for us: we offer fair pay bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday reality.
- An office that feels like home: modern tech, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — we provide everything so you can reach your full potential. And yes: your furry friend is welcome too!
- More than just a salary: 30 days' vacation for full-time employees, paid special leave, JobRad bike leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you want.
- Family-friendly in practice: we know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without having to compromise professionally.
