- You coordinate and manage all vendors and service providers involved in your events and plan resource allocation for your project teams.

- Willingness to travel (approx. 15% of the role)
Benefits
- Collegial, respectful culture: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making — here what you can do counts more than your title.
- Truly flexible work arrangements: No core working hours, the option to work from home and, in many positions, location-independent work — for more freedom at work.
- Learning & development that’s enjoyable: From Learning Weeks with top speakers to AI courses on our platform Switch and LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot — we want to help you grow.
- A culture that connects: With table-football evenings, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate event and regular feel-good activities — for more community and team spirit.
- International projects with a wow factor: Our talents work on exciting projects — from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia — offering new and varied challenges.
- Mental health & wellbeing in focus: Through OpenUp we provide access to sessions with psychologists, coaching and meditation — because your mental health matters to us.
- Real sustainability impact: Our CSR team drives cleanup actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and more — because sustainable action is a mindset, not a trend.
- Equal opportunity as standard: We offer fair salary bands and no gender pay gap — equal opportunity and diversity are part of our everyday reality.
- A comfortable office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a swing seat — we provide everything to help you perform at your best.
- More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation (full-time), paid special leave, company bike leasing (JobRad), subsidy for the Deutschlandticket — so you get the support you need.
- Family-friendly in practice: We know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave — we support you so you can be there for your family without compromising your career.
