About the role

  • As a Project Manager (m/f/d) you will shape demanding projects in live communication – both nationally and internationally.
  • You work at the interface between clients, partners and internal teams, ensuring that projects are implemented coherently in terms of content, organization and budget.
  • Structurer: You plan and coordinate complex workstreams, identify interdependencies and provide orientation in processes and timelines.
  • Engagement designer: You lead confident conversations with clients, partners and stakeholders, negotiate with assurance and manage expectations with sensitivity.
  • Number-savvy: You have a good feel for numbers and analyses – you don’t just read KPIs, you understand what they mean.
  • AI- and data-competent Project Manager: You use AI tools responsibly, work with prompts and context, and recognize where technology can make processes more efficient.
  • Team player with organizational strength: You collaborate closely with colleagues from different areas, keep communication channels clear and ensure smooth teamwork.

Requirements

  • You have a completed commercial qualification or an equivalent degree and bring 4–7 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an agency setting or a similar structure.
  • Client focus & consulting: You conduct confident client conversations, negotiate effectively and manage expectations transparently.
  • Communication & rhetoric: You get to the point, prepare decisions and communicate clearly and confidently – in German and English.
  • Organization & delivery: You structure, prioritize and keep projects on track efficiently, including in hybrid setups.
  • AI & data competence: You understand KPIs, forecasts and dashboards, use AI tools purposefully and remain curious about new technologies.
  • Leadership & collaboration: You coordinate, motivate and think with a coaching mindset.
Benefits
  • Good reasons to work with us:
  • Collaborative culture at eye level: Flat hierarchies, appreciative leadership and transparent decision-making – what matters here is what you can do, not your job title.
  • True flexibility: No core working hours, home office and, in many positions, location-independent work – for greater freedom in your job.
  • Learning & development that’s fun: From learning weeks with top speakers, AI courses on our Switch platform or LinkedIn training with a paid photoshoot – we want to help you grow.
  • Culture that connects: With foosball nights, team challenges, our big annual Celebrate party and regular feel-good activities – for more community and team spirit.
  • International projects with a wow factor: Our talent works on exciting projects – from Vienna to Madrid to Namibia – always with new and exciting challenges.
  • Mental health & wellbeing in focus: With OpenUp we offer access to conversations with psychologists, coaching and meditation sessions – because your mental health matters to us.
  • Sustainability with real impact: Our CSR team actively supports clean-up actions, donation projects, our MCI book club and much more – because sustainable action for us is not a trend but an attitude.
  • Equality is a given: With us you’ll find fair salary bands and no gender pay gap – equal opportunity and diversity are lived realities.
  • An office that feels like home: Modern technology, cozy seating areas, phone booths, a hanging chair – we offer everything you need to reach your full potential.
  • Oh, and your furry friend is welcome too!
  • More than just a salary: 30 days’ vacation in full-time, paid special leave, JobRad leasing, subsidy for the Deutschlandticket – so you get the support you want.
  • Family friendliness that’s lived: We know family comes first. Whether parental leave, childcare subsidies or short-term leave – we support you so you can be there for your family without having to compromise your career.
