About the role
- As a Junior Project Manager (m/f/d) you plan and manage creative live experiences for national and international clients – from intimate, boutique events to large-scale productions.
- Your varied roles: Implementer/Producer: You take creative event concepts and lead their execution, ensuring unique events and satisfied clients.
- Consultative partner: You build and develop client relationships within your projects, advise and steer them as needed, and lead project meetings.
- Organizational talent: You coordinate and manage all service providers involved in your events and plan the resources for your project teams.
- Commercial operator: You prepare costings for new proposals, monitor your budgets and finalise project accounting – including reporting and documentation.
- Idea driver: You continuously develop our live, online and hybrid formats and contribute to cross-team projects.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in event management, including contract negotiations, pitches, budgeting, etc.
- Confident spoken and written German and English
- Proficient in standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented with a structured working style, strong advisory, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a commercial mindset
- Willingness to travel
