About the role
- Supports the lateral partner recruiting process globally
- Coordinates the recruiting process for candidates with partner recruiting team and search firms
- Organizes and schedules lateral partner interviews
- Updates and maintains partner candidate records and schedules
- Reviews and refines interview schedules for optimization
- Maintains strong understanding of the partner recruiting process
- Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients
- Leads strategic projects related to recruitment process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of related recruiting experience in a legal environment
- 1-2 years of Partner Recruiting experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
