Provide support to the Operations Department and the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Assist in a variety of areas within Corporate Services
Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in developing the annual Operations Department work plan
Provide structured operational support to U.S. Programs and International Programs country offices
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle
Oversee accurate tracking of stock movements and ensure inventory management systems and asset registers are consistently updated
Liaise with the travel agency on the coordination of local and international travel arrangements for staff and consultants
Maintain statutory records, licenses, and compliance documents in an organized and accessible manner
Develop training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational guidance tools for U.S. and International Programs teams

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, international relations, or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing the operations aspects of a non-profit
Experience working with countries beyond the U.S. preferred
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Knowledge of donor-funded technical, financial, and procurement regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and FAR
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Solid analytical and organizational skills
Excellent computer skills required; must be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools
Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus
Working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
