Engineer

• Prepares, monitors and revises schedules, assists Project Teams to formulate plans to correct scheduling issues.
• Assists in the training and development of project & field management staff to enable them to fulfill their scheduling responsibilities.
• Trains and mentors less experienced schedulers.
• Provides jobsite consultations to project teams to assist with project scheduling.
• Supports project teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Reviews, monitors, and ensures accuracy of all projects.
• Participates in project kick-off, coordination, project status, and post construction review meetings.
• Conducts regular detailed critical path analysis for projects.
• Works closely with Building Performance Solution and Preconstruction teams as needed.
