Develop, plan and implement the S&OP Supply Plan for a complex and/or high-volume portfolio
Balance and manage inventory, customer service requirements, and total cost to meet finished goods demand with optimized total delivered costs (TDC)
Manage inventory for new product launches and disposition of slow moving and obsolete finished goods
Develop production (rough cut) & inventory plans to meet finished goods demand via internal & co-pack operations network (capacity review)
Track case fill, perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions
Evaluate slow moving materials and excess inventories and recommend/implement corrective action plans, including Safety Stock analysis based on ABC segmentation
Daily management and problem-solving of supply and inventory plan variances, including unexpected demand, and communicate/actions with customer service, sales planning, marketing, operations and customers
Serve as Supply Chain lead on cross-functional teams for business development, operational excellence and capacity development; recommend and operationalize process improvements and cost reduction opportunities
Participate in driving supply planning execution for new business opportunities, new products, and product discontinuations
Participate and support the S&OP/IBP process (Supply Review/Escalation-Elevation of issues as needed)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Materials Management, Operations, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, problem solve and resolve complex issues
Demonstrated success leading and championing substantive business plan recommendations for senior divisional leadership
Ability to manage larger projects and/or process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams using advanced influencing & leadership skills
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, Word, and SAP/ECC
Experience in PowerBI, MS Access and/or APO preferred
