About the role

  • Understand customers' needs and develop presentations, concepts and provides reports after analysis based on customers' understanding and market trends.
  • Collect and analyze the food market information and provide insight into market/flavor trends.
  • Support Marketing Manager to implement short term and long-term category innovation plan such as builds proactive trends and insights tools, builds regionally relevant presentation material and drive timely execution in focus categories.
  • Support sales team to do proactive promotion for all clients by categories. Engages with sales to provide marketing support for customers.
  • Lead innovation workshop to explore business opportunities.
  • Work closely with technical and sales team in daily projects for business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferable from B2B food or flavor industry companies.
  • Be familiar with concept proposals, consumer research tools and of innovation workshop.
  • Savory or food service marketing experience is preferred.
  • Good communications and strong willingness to work under pressure.
  • Good command of English writing and reading.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
