About the role
- Understand customers' needs and develop presentations, concepts and provides reports after analysis based on customers' understanding and market trends.
- Collect and analyze the food market information and provide insight into market/flavor trends.
- Support Marketing Manager to implement short term and long-term category innovation plan such as builds proactive trends and insights tools, builds regionally relevant presentation material and drive timely execution in focus categories.
- Support sales team to do proactive promotion for all clients by categories. Engages with sales to provide marketing support for customers.
- Lead innovation workshop to explore business opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and sales team in daily projects for business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferable from B2B food or flavor industry companies.
- Be familiar with concept proposals, consumer research tools and of innovation workshop.
- Savory or food service marketing experience is preferred.
- Good communications and strong willingness to work under pressure.
- Good command of English writing and reading.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
