About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop Data and ML Engineers; promote collaboration and technical excellence.
- Define and evolve target data architecture and conceptual data models.
- Ensure best practices in data engineering, analytics, and operations.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate business goals into analytics roadmaps and delivery backlogs.
- Support vendor management and ensure compliance with data architecture standards.
- Collaborate with Cloud Architects on scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Support data security and governance, ensuring alignment between source systems and the data platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Very strong expertise in data engineering; experience leading technical teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, agile).
- Experience in multi-cloud environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
