About the role
- Owns the front-end innovation agenda for SEA, converting insights, trends and whitespace into meaningful concepts and platforms for long-term growth.
- Leads insighting, opportunity sizing, consumer concept testing, product/pack development guidance, capability scoping and Gate progression.
- Co-develops the innovation strategy with the Marketing Head.
- Develop and refine concepts, lead consumer testing, validation and feasibility assessments
- Lead the cross-functional team by working with R&D, CI & SC to shape flavor direction, pack design, claims and product architecture.
- Support launch readiness and OTIF delivery in alignment with commercialization teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in brand/innovation, consumer insight or product development
- Experience with Gate processes, concept testing, cross-functional team collaboration or innovation frameworks
- Strong ability to translate consumer insight into product positioning & design direction
