About the role

  • Maintain supplier contracts and pricing data in SAP (R3 or S/4HANA).
  • Manage material and vendor master data across systems.
  • Reconcile invoice and pricing discrepancies in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
  • Support Buyers and Category Managers with administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Resolve issues related to orders and procurement processes.
  • Handle internal inquiries from factories, business partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain simple operational reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Economics).
  • Previous working experience in procurement, supply chain, or production planning preferably.
  • Solid working knowledge of SAP (R3 or S/4HANA) – essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word (intermediate level).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work one week per month in an afternoon shift (starting between 12:00–14:00).
