About the role
- Plan and monitor cybersecurity measures, implement recommendations, and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team.
- Respond to OT cybersecurity requests from internal teams and vendors, and coordinate solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and monitor risks; recommend patches or controls and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Assist asset owners with implementing and maintaining OT security measures.
- Track incidents and vulnerabilities, and communicate additional security needs.
- Monitor changes, investigate anomalies, and coordinate updates.
- Work with technology teams, service providers, and the broader security organization.
- Maintain cybersecurity diagrams, inventories, and process documentation.
- Analyze business needs and propose compliant, secure solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in control systems security or a technical/consulting role in industrial environments.
- Familiarity with ICS systems, industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus TCP, EthernetIP, Profinet), and standards like IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-82.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to influence change and solve problems proactively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
