About the role
- Executing order management related activities – order system entry/ release, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams.
- Managing customer and business partners queries.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Supporting new customer creation and modification process.
- Managing samples, returns, penalties.
- Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations.
Requirements
- Fluent French, good command of English; Spanish/ Portuguese will be an extra asset
- Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; French market familiarity will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports
- Good communication skills, proactivity, solution- orientation
- SAP, MS Office (Excel), PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset
