• Design and deliver leadership and management training courses for U.S. foreign affairs professionals.
• Utilize adult learning principles and experiential learning methodologies to engage participants.
• Incorporate educational technology and blended learning techniques, including Zoom for Government, Adobe Connect, and AI-supported instructional tools.
• Facilitate training on leadership, management, and supervision principles, particularly in the federal government context.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of learners and adjust instructional techniques to meet course objectives.
• Apply industry-standard analytical tools, such as 360-degree developmental assessments and conflict resolution instruments.
• Use diverse instructional techniques, including Dialogue Education, Action Learning, Case-in-Point facilitation, Open Space Technology, and the World Café methodology.
• Engage in project-based learning teams, participate in after-action reviews, and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement.
