About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supporting the Manager, Quality Assurance with testing/validating applications to manage risks and reduce negative impact to business operations.
Planning, designing, leading, participating and executing test scenarios.
Writing, revising and verifying test plans to confirm quality of solutions being implemented or upgraded.
Executing tests including functional, system, integration, regression, user experience and user acceptance testing.
Providing testing reports to key stakeholders including IT Management, Trainers, project managers and business leads.
Identifying opportunities and trends and developing recommendations for review.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years experience executing test scenarios and developing quality assurance standards.
Solid foundation in functional, system, integration, regression, user experience and user acceptance testing.
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
University education.
Experience in a Professional Service organization is an asset.
CAST or CSQA certification or equivalent in testing principles is an asset.
Bilingualism (French/English) is required.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent pieces of work, and appropriately applying judgment about the prioritization of effort.
Capacity to handle high pressure situations and tight deadlines.
