About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as liaison between servicer client and MRLP regarding foreclosure files
- Update general foreclosure/judgment processes using Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions
- Perform initial quality control review of documents prepared by law firm
- Perform tasks requiring knowledge of basic foreclosure timelines
- Request updates on files from Attorneys and Paralegals
- Review internal systems to provide brief summaries of results
- Respond to general case inquiries on behalf of MRLP
- Assist with client-specific projects from the compliance department
- Conduct internal audit projects and communicate findings
- Work on complex issues between servicer and MRLP
- Return all phone calls and emails within 24 hours
- Understand mortgage foreclosure documents and practices
- Maintain superior public relations with servicer client
- Provide service updates and follow-up on outstanding documents
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop
- Must be able to uphold a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Ability to conduct and report research
- Ability to work under limited supervision and is self driven

- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to utilize multiple internal computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in an extremely fast paced environment
- Capacity to handle a high volume of email & file communications each day
