Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. degree, licensed in Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar
6+ years of experience in Texas default servicing and foreclosure litigation
Demonstrated experience with non-judicial foreclosure, judicial foreclosure, and deceased debtor matters
Knowledge of Texas Mortgage Foreclosure Law
Knowledge of Texas Code of Civil Procedure and Supreme Court Rules
Previous experience with foreclosure litigation involving residential and commercial property
