About the role

  • Handling all administrative tasks on Deeds team.
  • Timely drafting of deeds and other legal documents.
  • Timely follow-up and correspondence with all interested parties.
  • Maintaining paper and electronic files.
  • Utilization and maintenance of a variety of client systems.
  • Large amount of customer service driven responsibilities.
  • Providing regular and timely client status updates.
  • Continual follow-up on outstanding documents and services.
  • Ensuring there are no areas of back-log.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
  • Supporting attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ administrative experience;
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong document preparation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter who can multi-task
  • Ability to easily prioritize issues
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work
  • Adaptable to frequent change

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in solving problems quickly
  • Experience with client systems such as BKFS, Clarifire, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
