• Ensure the timely and accurate processing of new and existing title orders
• Upload to client system, and complete relevant steps in firm’s internal case management system
• Work in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy
• Proficient use of the firm’s internal case management system
• Order and track all title orders, new and updated titles
• Ensure all firm, client and court mandated deadlines are met
• Appropriately maintain and process sensitive and confidential information
