About the role

  • Monitor all foreclosure operations-related messages and processes on client sites and update/respond as needed
  • Act as a liaison between clients and foreclosure operations and between attorneys and clients on foreclosure files
  • Update general foreclosure processes on active foreclosure files in client sites under limited supervision
  • Work client site processes through all stages of foreclosure
  • Monitor, reproject, and complete document processes for affidavits, loss mitigation packages, consent judgments
  • Notify management when stagnant files are discovered and assist in pushing them forward
  • Review and audit internal systems to provide summary, status, and hearing results to clients
  • Respond to general case inquiries and routinely communicate with clients via email and client site platforms
  • Assist with client-specific projects from compliance department and submit monthly activity/status reports to key clients
  • Conduct internal audit projects related to client sites, prepare detailed final reports, and communicate findings to supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
  • Law Firm experience preferred but not required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Ability to conduct and report research
  • Documentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
  • Ability to utilize multiple internal computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Capacity to handle a high volume of email & file communications each day
  • Ability to retain and manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate legal client systems
  • Extreme attention to details and ability to learn and interpret legal terminology
  • Authorized to work in the United States
