About the role
- Handling all administrative tasks on our Deeds team.
- Drafting deeds and other legal documents in a timely manner.
- Follow-up and correspondence with interested parties.
- Maintaining both paper and electronic files.
- Utilizing and maintaining a variety of client systems.
- Customer service driven responsibilities.
- Providing regular and timely client status updates.
- Ensure there are no areas of back-log.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
- Supporting attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Working on projects as directed by your supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ administrative experience;
- Overall good attitude and willingness to adapt to change
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong document preparation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- You must be a motivated self starter who is able to multi-task
- Ability to easily prioritize issues
- Ability to handle a high volume of work
- Adaptable to frequent change

- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision, and consistently meet deadlines
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in solving problems quickly
- Experience with client systems such as BKFS, Clarifire, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
