About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Issue import, export and service orders.
Prepare payment estimates for import/export customs clearance and final costs.
Assist in reviewing and preparing shipping documentation for imports and exports.
Update departmental controls and KPIs.
Support foreign exchange closing processes and international and domestic payments.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
Provide support to Accounting, Finance, Tax and Logistics departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of import, export and international documentation.
Knowledge of Incoterms.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Intermediate English for reading and writing.
Basic knowledge of customs legislation and taxation applied to foreign trade.
It will be a plus if you have:
Experience with TOTVS.
Knowledge of Siscomex / Portal Único (Single Window).
Intermediate Spanish.
Previous internship or administrative experience in international trade (COMEX).
Knowledge of Power BI.
