About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Issue import, export and service orders.
- Prepare payment estimates for import/export customs clearance and final costs.
- Assist in reviewing and preparing shipping documentation for imports and exports.
- Update departmental controls and KPIs.
- Support foreign exchange closing processes and international and domestic payments.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
- Provide support to Accounting, Finance, Tax and Logistics departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of import, export and international documentation.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Intermediate English for reading and writing.
- Basic knowledge of customs legislation and taxation applied to foreign trade.
- It will be a plus if you have:
- Experience with TOTVS.
- Knowledge of Siscomex / Portal Único (Single Window).
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Previous internship or administrative experience in international trade (COMEX).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
