About the role
- Act strategically and operationally within the People & Management area, conducting recruitment for operational, tactical, and strategic positions and supporting leaders in applying people policies and practices aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes from defining the profile through final candidate approval.
- Provide consultative support to operational leaders, understanding needs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Ensure agility, quality, and cultural alignment in hiring processes.
- Maintain, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and hire quality.
- Serve as the People & Management focal point for operations leaders, maintaining close relationships, active listening, and continuous guidance.
- Support the implementation of People & Management strategies, policies, and initiatives within operations.
- Assist leaders on people-management topics such as performance, organizational climate, engagement, development, and internal movements.
- Ensure alignment between People & Management practices and operational needs.
- Identify recurring demands and improvement opportunities, sharing insights with HR leadership.
- Act as a bridge between operations and other People & Management areas, promoting integration and partnership.
