About the role

  • Act strategically and operationally within the People & Management area, conducting recruitment for operational, tactical, and strategic positions and supporting leaders in applying people policies and practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes from defining the profile through final candidate approval.
  • Provide consultative support to operational leaders, understanding needs, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Ensure agility, quality, and cultural alignment in hiring processes.
  • Maintain, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, hiring volume, and hire quality.
  • Serve as the People & Management focal point for operations leaders, maintaining close relationships, active listening, and continuous guidance.
  • Support the implementation of People & Management strategies, policies, and initiatives within operations.
  • Assist leaders on people-management topics such as performance, organizational climate, engagement, development, and internal movements.
  • Ensure alignment between People & Management practices and operational needs.
  • Identify recurring demands and improvement opportunities, sharing insights with HR leadership.
  • Act as a bridge between operations and other People & Management areas, promoting integration and partnership.
