About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound and inbound customer prospecting;
  • Negotiate payment terms and conditions with customers;
  • Maintain and follow up on new product projects to ensure their successful implementation;
  • Maintain customer relationships, ensuring commercial completion by both parties, supported by internal administrative areas;
  • Interface with Quality, Finance, Logistics and Tax departments;
  • Provide internal administrative and commercial support to External (Field) Sales Executives;
  • Prepare the annual product budget for customers in your portfolio using the internal system;
  • Monitor and update monthly forecast information according to customer demand, supporting the product team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields;
  • Preferred experience in B2B sales of raw materials in the chemical sector, preferably in the pharmaceutical segment.
